I started classes yesterday. Last week was such a whirlwind that I honestly felt like my classes just flew right past me because I was worrying about other stuff. 1Ls freaking out about law school in general, 2Ls panicking about citechecks (where do I find the legislative history of the Congressional Record?), and 3Ls walking around like they own the place.
I know a lot of people like to attend a bunch of different classes to decide which topics and which professors they like best before committing to a class for an entire semester. That is not me. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like to have their schedule unsettled when classes start. I stick with the schedule and classes I finalized over the summer. Adolf Hitler could come in and start teaching, and I would continue to take notes and do the reading.
So anyways, I've bought my books, done my reading, and gotten through each of my classes these past 2 days. I keep trying to get into a "3L" mindset, but I'm not sure what that means....
