When I imagine my perfect Valentine's Day it would definitely have two things. The first is having a nice meal with Virginia (this one consisted of chateaubriand, roasted brussels sprouts, and gratin dauphinois [that's doh-feen-wah, Jeannie]).


The second, without a doubt, is getting to watch Coach's Corner on Hockey Night in Canada.


About a month ago we splurged the extra $2 a month to be able to get the Golf Channel (and Golf HD!) and an unknown bonus was the fact that the upgrade came with the NHL Network which broadcasts CBC's Hockey Night in Canada.

I have to say, though, I was a little disappointed in Grapes' outfit. I expected much more from such a prolific Canadian icon. Does anyone know if they still are making the Rock 'Em Sock 'Em videos?
