Me: I have some interviews this week and next week for some city attorneys' offices and DOT.
Mom: Do you think you'll get paid?
Me: I don't know. Probably not.
Mom: Well, maybe you should just offer to work 20 hours a week and split the rest with another law student. That way at least you'll get a break. You're not getting paid so you don't need to work too hard.
Me: I don't know if it works that way...
