Virginia Brown, Food Photographer

Charlie and I stayed in for Valentines' Day and saved some money (and avoided prix fixe prices). I spent the majority of the night documenting the food preparation and decided food photographer could be added to my resume under "Special Skills." Here are some pictures of Charlie working hard.



I know, I know, don't quit your day job. However, I did also make a drink last night, which I dubbed "The Valentine:"

The Recipe:
- 1 piece of sliced strawberry
- 1 part peach nectar
- 1 part champagne (or prosecco)

Put the strawberry in the bottom of the glass. Pour peach nectar into glass. Fill with champagne. Enjoy!
