Glamour Shot

I'd like to introduce the world to the newest addition to our family. Monsieur Trotter is a 9 1/4 lb piece of ham (bone-in, shank end). We will do our best to honour this piece of dispatched hog for our Easter supper. Please know that he did not die in vain. M. Trotter will have an honour guard consisting of a mustard-shallot sauce, biscuits, gratin dauphinois, glazed carrots, and strawberry pie for dessert.


I'm sure our resident food photographer will be dutifully taking pictures of the final product once she returns from the library.

Oh, and my money bet is on El Pato to win the Masters, but I'm pulling for Stricker.
