The best burrito this side of...

The best burrito this side of, well, anywhere is at Anna's Taqueria in Boston, MA. I've had fresh-mex in a number of different places and the quality of any burrito that I have had is always weighed against this bad boy.

After a two and a half year dry spell, Virginia and I, along with Mike and Liz, trekked from Pawtuclet to Brookline so I could satisfy my gastro desire. I sure did miss it.

I've decided the secret to an excellent burrito is all in the cheese--it must be a good melting cheese cut into single burrito-length slices and it must be steamed along with the tortilla. So good. If I could figure out what type of cheese they use, I would buy us a tortilla steamer for our apartment.
