However, there are some things that are brightening my days considerably
- Garlic Soup with Poached Egg on Toast -- I know this sounds kind of weird, and it's about to get weirder, because you actually put the poached egg (and toast) in the garlic soup and eat it in the soup. This is sooo good and pretty simple to make (especially when your husband does the egg poaching part).
- Planning for Christmas -- Charlie's family is coming to visit us for the holidays, so Charlie and I have been talking about meal options and what movie to see on Christmas day. I've also started thinking about Christmas cookies and other Christmasy snackies.
- Mini Whole Grain Blueberry Bagels with Strawberry Cream Cheese -- super-tasty snack
- Not having to lead a tour on Monday morning :)
- Harney & Sons Green Tea with Lemon and Rose Petals (Anne gave it to me for my birthday -- love it!)
- The fact that I did pretty good job on my federal income tax outline from spring semester, which is a huge help for real estate tax because Professor Lee is basically reteaching federal income tax with like kind exchanges thrown in the mix.
- Legal Skills is almost done for the semester!! Only 7 more memos to read, 7 negotiations to attend, and 18 evaluation meetings to go (oh yeah, clearly it's worth the $333 I get paid every two weeks to do all of this).
- Yummy sushi pajamas!!!
